DAN MT Program is a Management Trainee Recruitment within Shanghai Dentsu Agies Network. The significant difference between MT program in DAN and in other companies is DAN allows trainees to choose 3 mentors to work with during the 18 months, which means they are able to try different jobs before they make a final decision on their career path.
What if we make our mentors into saleable items for people to buy?
We come up the concept line "Pick Your Mentor" and an E-commerce site with mentors as our "merchandise". Before the launch of the site, we create a VIDEO features our mentors with their working philosophy to attract potential trainees. A WECHAT ONLINE ENGAGEMENT for them to do a simple test/ game to match the mentors.
